Now looka here!  Do not be threatening your husband with a good time, mz naked in the corner covered with chocolate!  :}

Do get cleared and then listen to your incisions, its better to wait and not have a hernia and HAVE to stop!

Yeah, I am still having a tough time with my one incision, but my REAL worry is the complete hiatial hernia repair that they made while they where doing my sleeve. They didn't know it was there and the doc said it was one of the worst he had ever repaired, so I want to give that as much time as it needs to heal so I don't end up back on the table having to have it fixed again!

Thanks girlie!  The other benefits are that I can calorically afford the 3 to 4 shakes I have to drink every day for my protein levels AND still eat a good amount of food!

Because you know food is my favorite dish!  :}

WOW Brandilynn...your skin did some major shrinking.
I wouldn't say that is typical would you?
Lucky you!

There was not any skin shrinking, if you look a the montage and pull it way over you can see when I lost all my muscle mass, all the skin was floppidy.

What did happen was I filled up the space with muscle, so the extra skin had something to drape over.

Typical?  I dunno.  People just tell us about their skin, few folks actually show us, and fewer actually do weight lifting and show us.

That's not just luck, my friend, that's a lot of hard work too!

Ok, I know what mine's going to look like (picture a flying squirrel..)

I know pics don't show it much.. did you have a ton of stretch marks or no? The only places on my body that aren't covered in roadmap fun are from my mid-forearm down, neck up and knees down.. I seem to note that folks who were lucky enough not to accumulate tons of stretch marks tend to fair better skin wise.. anecdotal only, just from what I've seen so this is just a guess.

My worst strech marks are my arms, near the armpit area, and my hips and sides of my bottom.

I do think stretch marked skin tends to have a harder time, yes I do.  But, I think Mandy had some stretch marks on places that ended up not being bad at all, skin wise!

You sure are a kind and smart flying squirrel gurl.  This is what I know for sure!
