VSG on 07/19/11 with
B: 8 oz lite muscle milk
S: 7 cheese cubes
L: 1.5 oz tuna salad
S: 7 more cheese cubes
D:  probably more tuna, not sure yet
S:8 oz lite muscle milk

I wanted to grill some shrimp tonight, but no time since I have to get my daughter to cross country and get myself to my son's first varsity soccer game of the season.  Tuna is the easiest and I like it.  I have been trying for a bit more variety than this, but today was just not a good day.

Water: 44 oz
Vitamins: yes
Exercise: C25K later tonight

Good to see ya Ms. Shell.

Started a new job today and of course the boss and some co-workers took me out to lunch, which threw off my meal plan somewhat. Ordered a shrimp appetizer and finished 3 1/2 shrimp (these weren't jumbo - just small shrimp-****tail kinda shrimps. Wild card was the sauce, calorie wise, so I'm being careful the rest of the day.

B - cheese stick (whole milk, 80 calories for a .75 oz stick)
S - 14 almonds
L - the shrimp
S - NA
D - 3/4 of a half a turkey burger (so about 1.5 oz)
S - protein shake

Water - been finishing 2 litre bottles during the day (67 oz) and most of a 20 oz bottle each night.
Vitamins - easy peasy
Exercise - not a good day with all that was going on. Better tomorrow.
