Yes, at 3+ years out, I still drink protein drinks occassionally. These are really good....A lot better than Premiere Protein and I was a big fan other that one..This GNC product is the bomb! And on sale $6. something for 4...Canadian that is!!!

THanks! I wondered about those when l saw them...

I love the Lean Shake 25 but in the powder form it has 17grams of carbs (mixing 8-10 oz with water). Value the carbs I actually can eat so I have this shake if its a meal replacement.

Though I did try Nectar...tried almost all 13 samples. Haven't found a favorite yet.
