Indulgences - random question
Yep - I have 5 or 6 (doritos) on occasion, I don't want to get too filled up on that kind of stuff so I save it for if I am REALLY needing something with some crunch and I can't shake it with a cucumber or other vegetable. I don't keep it in the house though, I go to the store and by a small snack bag - that lasts me about 2 or 3 crunch cravings.
You are prob right about not admitting! I actually have not had one chip. I will however have a "fork full" of some really decadent homemade treat, if I want to. I pass more often than not, but there have been two instances that I would not pass up. I do stop at a taste though.. I'm not a triggery person with sweets though.. now a bag of salt & vinegar Lay's.. may they never enter my house.

I have a question. My surgery is scheduled for the end of September. I too understand the lifetime change and choice thing, but....are we never supposed to have things like chips, cheetos, etc. again? I thought that eventually, somewhere down the line, we could eat anything as long as it was just a little bit as opposed to eating the whole bag which got us into this mess in the first place. Am I wrong?
You will get mixed answers on this one. I didn't eat junk food, or eat many carbs in my losing stage.
