Spasm in my Hand

I've been noticing my right hand seems to cramp up (these past 2 weeks) and just now, it curled into a spazm. It really freaked me out.

I googled it and see it can be a sign of dehydration, calcium and magnesium levels being off, etc.

I'm going to the doc for a regularly scheduled appt tomorrow morning and will of course ask him but wondering if you all have experienced this??

Best to get checked by a doc if you are worried......but that is what it sounds like.  Either dehydration or a mineral deficiency.....often go hand in hand. 

My left foot has been doing that!  It is so weird.  I can't possibly be dehydrated, as I drink lots, but I'll check out the minerals.  Good luck!
