Actually a few days past my 18 month surgiversary but better late than never, right?

What an amazing ride this has been. I NEVER dreamed I would EVER be "high school skinny" again but guess what? I am!! My lowest weight in high school was 130 and my lowest weight after the sleeve was 129.4. I'm easily maintaining at 131-134. I am very happy with this number on the scale but there is this little voice in the back of my head that says I might be happier with myself if I gained a few pounds. I'm not going to do anything purposely at this point. I'm going to give it another few months and then see what my little voice has to say.

I'm maintaining a 98 lbs loss. Solidly wearing size small shirts and 2/4 jeans. My bra size is a pathetic 34A (seriously??). My mind really hasnt caught up with the loss and I dont see these sizes on me but I know I am comfortable wearing them. Crazy huh??

I am eating a very healthy well balance diet. I still have 2 shakes a day because I LOVE them (approved by my nut) and it also allows me to get in a couple of snacks of veggies/fruit. Most of my meals are high protein. I average 100+ grams of protein and 80+ grams of carbs (mainly dairy, fruits, veggies & whole grain). I can actually say I LOVE the variety!!

Last weekend I took the granddaughter, her friend and my daughter to Six Flags over Texas. It was 108+ degrees, needless to say it was HOT!! Was very proud of my self, I put my big girl panties on and rode most of the roller coaster type rides. I have never done this before. Not because of my weight, I was just plain scared. I decided this time I was going to ride them all no matter what just because I could. Well I have to say there are some that I will NEVER ride again (they scared the crap out of me!!) but now I can say I did it!!

I honestly am so happy with the decision to have WLS. My only regret is not having it done sooner!! I LOVE my sleeve and I'm lovin' life!!

Congrats!  Looks like I'm around the same starting weight that you were at, and this is definitely motivation for me!  Thanks for sharing and congrats on all of your success!
I'm doing this not only for myself, but for my husband and two wonderful children.  I need to be around to watch them grow up!
