As of August 4, 2011 my birthday I will be 4 months post op. I have lost a total of 65lbs!!! I am so excited and have worked so hard to get to this point.
I'm so happy for you. We had our surgery's on the same date and I'm only down 48 lbs. I have to admit I have not done one once of exercise so its not like I'm helping n my end. Congrats on the loss.
