I had surgery wed am at 5am, and amrunning fever.

I ran that same temp for a few days...I was supposed to call if it reached 100.5 I think it was but I stayed just under. Never hurts to call the doc, just like you did. That's what they are there for.

GENERALLY speaking temperature is not considered fever unless it is 100.4 or greater. BUT - with your accompanying symptoms I would definitely call your doc - which it sounds like you did. Please keep us posted.
