sweating and light headedness??

Hi!My name is Alice and i had the sleeve last year.i have lost 70 pounds and am happy with it.Today I was in a store and i started to sweat profusely,it was dripping off my hair,i felt so weird and light headed.i was spacey. don't know why.Has anyone else experienced anything like this? it lasted for a good 45mins to an hour,so it wasn't a hot flash.any ideas? thank you.

 Did you happen to check your blood sugar?  I've heard of people developing reactive hypoglycemia.

I've had a couple of bouts of lightheadedness when shopping - but it's been because I didn't bring a water bottle with me and had gone 90 minutes without drinking anything, and 5 hours without eating.  I was feeling great and thought I could take a shortcut and wait to eat and drink.  Wrong choice for me at least.

I would make an appt with your primary doctor and have some labs done, and a physical.   Sounds like a good check up is in order.
