My new addiction

I'm addicted to Zumba!!! if someone would have told me that I would be addicted to anything other than chesseburgers a year ago I would have laughed at them. I love my sleeve and all the things that go with it good and bad (no more chicken bad /loss 50lbs good).

What makes you addicted to it?

Are there many guys in your class?

 I absolutely love Zumba... I go to the YMCA for the class.... I was affraid until one of my friends said... "there is a guy on oxygen that can do it, you can do the class silly."  I do love it!!!!  

I am very happy for you!!!  So Zumba is a lot of fun?  I will have my surgery on Monday, July 18th but I am concerned because I did not follow my pre-op diet faithfully, the last three days I am, which consist only of the Protein shake.  You think the surgery is going to go ok even though I messed up some.

I only went two days on a pre opt diet and did just fine.  Doc said no complications everything went smoothly.  As long as you get a day or two in there, you should be fine.

I have the same question - what makes zumba rock?  I want to try a class, but at my gym the classes are random and I have not been able to

right now I so wish I'd find a class I was addicted to - as I have not been exercising mostly due to heat and bordom
