Oh wow, that is so awesome to hear guys.  Thanks!  I'm scheduled (finally) for the 15th of next month and are beginning to feel a wee bit nervous(:

Pain wise the c-section was much worse and mine was the easiest c-section in the world.  But energy wise I felt drained for longer after my sleeve...but then again everyone wants to help you after a c section and expects you to take it easy...not as much for me after the sleeve...my boss was calling me asking me to come back early...like 3 days after surgry...not nice!!!

Forgot to say that for me the pain was at most a 3 on the 10 scale (mostly gassy due to anesthetic) and it was gone in two days. 34 days out and feel absolutely great! Returned to pro op level of activity. Hope this helps.

I am sooooo happy to hear this. I have had 3 c-sections, but never any other type of surgery and I'm getting sleeved on the 28th. I was just thinking to myself last night 'I wonder how the pain compares to that of a c-section..' . So glad you asked this. I feel much less nervous now!

No comparison! The sleeve was a walk in the park!

I was waiting for the pain of a c section and it never could compare.  It feels like you did a few to many sit ups that's about it.

And, as an added bonus, after the sleeve, they don't wrap your un-needed stomach in swaddling and send you home with it to raise, feed, clothe and educate for the next 18+ years!
