Being in meetings/seminars all day=less opportunity to snack! YAY!

B: protein coffee
S: none
L: grilled shrimp w. veggies
S: handful of almonds
D: tuna sashimi, seaweed salad if there's room

water: lots
vites: did well on the AM batch and iron. haven't managed a calcium all day. oops.
exercise: walking.
attitude: stressed. stressed. stressed. Will feel slightly better tomorrow afternoon. But I really, really need a job to come through.

This is what I actually ate today. I just finished dinner.


B:    Green Smoothie:    Kale, Spinach, 3 different kinds of Japenese greens, Beet Tops,
        Carrots, Avocado, DE ( Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade) Plain Protein Powder,
         Banana, Green Apple, Ice ( to chill )


L:     Green Smoothis:     Same ingredients, I made a big batch.


D:    Zuccini, Feta Cheese, Chicken, potato, bell peppers ( red, orange, green,)
        Red & white onion, Cherry Tomato   Everything Grilled.  Pork chop, Cucumber
        Garlic yogurt ( a taste)..................................................................
         Just a taste of it all  I cooked a feast for my son and my friend
