Am still having a hard time with pureed foods so mostly still on liquids.

L: 1/4 avacado and 1 t of hummus (only ate 1/2) YUM!

Scale still not moving...stress is mounting ...and carbs are sounding too good....so today is about enjoying flavor ...apearently today is more about noncomplience
B: egg and cheese omlet
S: choc protein pudding and 5 almons
L: balsamic tomato chicken with asparagus
S: coffee protein shake -missed the shake and had a carbfest instead - 3 chips ahoy, 3 oreos with dark choc melted on top, and a little debbie fudge round
D: italian yellow squash with ground beef bake
S: carrots, tomatos, cucumbers with ranch dip
S: watermellon
Water: seriously lacking

Ezercise: NOPE
