World Wide Forum, just so you know

Ok when I joined here this forum did not say it was AMERICANS only.  I am getting tired of one person's comments to everyone that is not American to go to their local place.  Yes there are international separate forums but everyone has a right and should not be continously told to go to their own sites of interest or where they are from.

Don't take this to heart anyone, just had to get it off of my chest.  Everyone is welcome here and once again this is called the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy Forum (VSG) and I don't see the word American in it.  So peace out to this particular person.

This is for people to speak their minds, correspond with others that have been through the same thing or people that are learning.

Wow… I hadn't noticed that, but its easy to miss that stuff when its not directed at you. I am sorry you had to deal with such bull****… everyone is welcome here…. I look forward to reading your posts!

They are not my posts but heaven forbid you mention Canada or Mexico!!!  I just think it is enough, these people are not here to be sent away.  Yes feel free to give them the links to these other forums.  I just find people are responding to them to help them and don't need the negativity when there are so many useful people on this forum.

Ya. come to think of it, I see exactly what you're saying. Ive seen the "please  see the mexico forum" quite a bit. Which I think was posted by someone who had surgery in MX which gave me a lil giggle!!! I mean wouldn't that mean that person probably had the answer the first place I saw this on OH was in my early days here on the DS forum. They would spam all the boards about the DS and then tons of people would go to the DS forum and ask questions and they'd say **** like "If you're not smart enough to look it up your not smart enough for a DS" and Id be like uhhhhhhhhh Im confused did you just try to get these people to find out about the DS now your saying no I wont answer your question for find out yourself idiot. Or they'd just link the DS Q and A link and not answer. I found that **** super rude. If you don't wanna help others um maybe a forum is not the place for you! Hhahaahaha..

I see it the exact opposite way. Someone pops on here cause it is the VSG board but they are unaware there is a Mexico board. I didn't there was such a board.

I see more people referred to the maintenance forum.  So, I never thought that there was a problem.

of course everyone is welcome here. I think the people who say check out xxxx forum are mostly trying to help,thinking the poster might get more info on xxx forum.

Just as you have the right to voice your rant on the topic,this other poster and anyone else also has the right to post see xxx forum,kwim?

As in all posts,take what you can use and leave the rest.

LOL aka "sex before and after WLS"forum.

My surgeon hasn't told me anything about sex before surgery -- or after surgery for that matter. lol
