Vacation Wow Moment (pict included)

I still have "mental" issues about my body image. I think we all do for that matter however I keep hoping that one day soon I will wake up and this issue will be gone. I see the "S" on my shirts and the "4" on my jeans but I still feel huge. It can be frustrating at times!!

Over the weekend we took a roadtrip (Texas to Alabama-1489 miles in 48 hours) and I was downloading some picts this morning. I came across one that made me stop and stare. My first thought was HOLY CRAP, I am tiny!! I dont know if this will be my defining point (probably not!) but I'm hoping it is a start to the end of my image issues.

Anywho, I thought I would share my "wow" moment!!

You really do look great, !!!!
and maybe your concerns with body image may assist in keeping you from having any relapse, at least that is what I hope for myself, to always be aware of what I use to look like and to not take the moment I have now for granted. My surgery is this September, and I hope to have results like yours.

I hope you enjoyed Alabama, it is truly a beautiful place.
