YOU have done amazingly well!!  Thats terrific!...YOU have found out what WORKS for  YOU...ya must pay attention!
Don't forget em now!! ......VSG is for LIFE...long long after the rapid weight loss phase, or that first year...when "EVERYTHING" is E-Z, magical, seemingly effortless.

Life is good for this ol' geezer.

Thanks so much.  My surgery is coming up on July 13th and I am making a contract with myself similiar to yours.  We can do this...You obviously have and I believe that I can too!

 WTG!  You aren't relying only on your sleeve to lose your weight, you're actually making the changes to utilize your sleeve 100%.

I also love that you stressed that you exercise.  Too many people on this forum are so concerned with the speed the pounds come off that they don't exercise!  And you're right that if you're not sweating and breathing hard, you didn't work out hard enough!!!!!  Cardio makes/keeps your heart strong, and weight training keeps your muscles strong.

We change our diets to lose weight, but we exercise to keep our bodies healthy.
