I always know when I am getting full or am full as I start sneezing and sound like I have a cold-do you?? Weird, how is this connected? Nerve endings maybe?? I just wonder who else shares this with me....

That has never happened to me.  I've never gotten the foamies (something some people get when they're getting full) either.  I just kind of get what I call a pre-full feeling when I know I need to stop in a couple of bites.

I think I might have read other posts where people said they get the cold stuff going on when they get full, but maybe I'm wrong.

Liz,

Funny! I do not sneeze but my nose runs when I get too full or eat too fast.

my nose starts to run and i feel very snotty.  i actually feel like i have a cold . it takes about 1/2 hour for that to stop.  it's a sign for me to stop eating.

TOTALLY, every time I go over the limit, which is almost every day. As soon as I yak, the runny nose stops.

Yes I know I am not supposed to do that, it is not often, but I never learn when is too much til it expands in the stomach, then I know.

It's almost at my 2 year surgiversary, same thing as in the early days, stuffed dripping nose when too full.

PS no weight gain since I bottomed out over a year ago.
