Constipated? Try Premier Protein Drinks from Costco!

I've been struggling to have bm's since my liquidy welcome home from the hospital stools ended.

I just started drinking Premier Protein from Costco. 30 grams of protein per shake and everytime I fini****s plop plop fizz fizz.

So whatever works I guess.

Wow - that is interesting

I like the Costco premier protein shakes but they consitipation me to no end unless I mix 2 heaving tablespoons of Benefiber in them, which kind of ruins the convenience factor.

Lucky you! I wish they did that for me! They constipate me, too. But I still drink one every day.

Ditto, I wish they had that effect on me. But I too drink one a day. Might try benefiber in them. I never made the connection.

Add metamucil to the premier protein...I too was constipated..and it was like rocks...so uncomfortable....and more water
