Now I have an answer.

I had my surgery on 4/15 and I am still throwing up and nauseaed alot. So I went to the dr and had a upper gi done. I got my results back today "Possible small hiatus hernia with significant amount of
gastroesophageal reflux.". I don't have a dr appointment yet, but has any one else had this after surgery?

Have you tried taking an antiacid? I understand you can have pretty bad heartburn for a long time after the surgery and that antiacid  helps a lot. 

Theres a woman, dang I cant remember her name but she and her brother both had surgery at the same place, he never complained of a sic or sour stomach but she did.  For quit a while I might add and she said as long as she took Prylosec? Dont quote me on that, but  I do knwo it was over the counter antiacid, she was fine for a while then changed to a prescription one.
Then after about a month or so she would try to go with out it and get the sick stomach again. 

After about 5 or 6 months she found eating 6 very small meals a day and she didnt have to take the antiacid any more.  Wish I could remember her vid name so you could watch them they are very good. Anywhoo hope that helps. Good luck :)

Ok I found her videos you might want to watch them all I did I found them very informative.  But anywho its called gastricsleevereviews.  The one where she talks about her sick stomach is in wk 10 post op.  Hope this helps

Thanks Chimere, I have been on prolisc (sp), I did watch her video. When I go to my dr appointment I will see if he wants to change it.
