My doctor suggested an easy way to get some added protein is to add Non-Fat Dry milk to things. 1/3 of a cup is 8 grams of protein. So I've been adding this to my pudding, shakes, coffee, - any thing that you can add milk to. Get creative! It's an easy 8 grams :)

Great idea! Another way is to add plain greek yogurt to sugar-free jello - or - use *Atkins shakes in place of milk to make pudding (*most other shakes are soy based and will not set).

If you are on a low carb diet, make sure to count the 10 or more carbs in the powdered milk. Each cup has about 35 carbs.
