Hey how is everyone doing??  I'm doing wonderful....so let's get to it

LND:  4oz Chicken Breast
LNS:  Way to much peanut butter

B:  1/2 Cup Chili (just running out the door so I ate some as I was getting lunch ready)
S:  Small Peach
L:  3/4 Cup Chili; Salad
S:  N/A
D:  Popeyes 2 Piece Tuesday (yup gotta do it)
S:  1 Cup of Almond Milk heated with Lindora Hot Cocoa

Water:  Working on my 3rd Quart
Exercise:  Walking
Vitamins:  Forgot again today
Attitude:  Blessed and working on my spirit of getting to work ON time...came close today JUST 15 minutes late

Was at the hospital all day with Drew preparing for his jaw surgery.. Looooong day. Anyway,

Lns: rice

L: chilli
S: ham and cheese sandwich
D:???

Water: about 60 oz so far
Vites: yup
Exercise: not so much today..

 I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

L: Schmuna 2 oz with hard boiled egg whites
D: taco salad leftovers

Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: 1 hour personal training this morning
Vitamins: Done

It is sooooo hot here!

LND: shrimp and mini brie
LNS: sugar free pudding cup

B: 1/2 c/ cottage cheese
S: protein iced coffee with 1/2 cup skim milk
L: ham and veggie cream cheese roll, 1 fresh mozz ball marinated in olive oil and herbs
S: babybel cheese
D: shrimp ****tail and mini brie (it was so good last night, and is nice and cold, so will do it again!)

Vit: on track
W: supplementing with iced tea
Exercise: biggest loser workout video.....

OK. I'm going to try to start to play along everyday now for some accountability.

B: 1 egg with 2 grape tomatoes, a tablespoon of shredded cheese, 1/4 avocado and a drizzle of olive oil.
S: Market Pantry Nutrition bar
L: 3 oz grilled chicken with about 1/2 garden salad w/ 1 tbsp ranch dressing
S: cup of coffee with cream and sugar
D: ???---Maybe the same as lunch
Water: about 50 oz so far
Exercise: 1 hour of Zumba
Vitamins: Doing that right now
Attitude: Overwhelmed. Hubbie goes straight to school from work tonight, so I'm on my own with the kids all day. 5 more weeks til he gets his degree, though!

 LND:  1 Cup of Puerto Rican Style Kidney Beans
 LNS:  100 cal pack of choc covered pretzels
AFTER 2 HOUR OUTDOOR ROLLER DERBY PRACTICE (95 degrees in the shade) :)

B: 8 oz coffee w/ stevia
S:  1 serving size of cheeze-its
L: little less than half of a chipotle burrito bowl with NO rice -- only lettuce
S: n/a
D:  1 can of lo-carb slim fast

Water:  not so much so far but i'll make it up
Exercise:  couch to 5K day 1!
Vitamins:  10 pm.

Attitude:  In a fantastic mood because i am down 3 lbs from last week and 17 lbs from ONEderland :)

I don't normally play, but I will today

LND:  One chicken breast tender coated with crushed up french's fried onions (really yummy!)
LNS:  A bite of DH's black cherry pie

B:  6oz blueberry Chobani with a sprinkle of grape nuts
S:  None
L:  Another chicken tender from last night
S:  Maybe cottage cheese....
D:  3 oz homemade hamburger patty with cheese and 1oz roasted brussel sprouts (my fave!)
S:  Maybe a small piece of dark chocolate

Water:  Working on it
Exercise:  Swimming with my 2 year old and doing some landscaping this afternoon
Vitamins:  Down before breakfast
Attitude:  Stressed with money issues but it's still a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
