I set a meal plan/schedule and I followed my surgeon's prescribed post-op guideline. I didn't cheat, I didn't want to waver from his plan because I figured "hey, I trusted him to cut our my stomach, I should probably trust him on what he knows will work."

Losing weight was easy.
BE WELL on yer journey. You LOOK great!

Tiff-- this was a SUPER post. I always love reading your perspective on things and feel so happy to know that pregnancy after VSG can be POSSIBLE and NORMAL and HEALTHY for both mommy and baby. As someone who plans on having children when I'm into my maintenance (probably closer to 2 years from now), I really value reading about your experiences.

Thanks so much for the post and for all of your contributions on the boards here at OH!

You are one of my VSG SuperHeroes and I think that your journey is soo amazing!! I have followed you since I came on to OH and have followed your journey to getting pregnant after VSG. It gives me tremendous hope and your candidness throughout your posts has been really helpful. There are days when I feel it may not happen for me and then I remember you and all the other women who have successfully conceived after WLS. You look so adorable with a bump! I can't wait to finally see his pictures on here after you present him/her to us!

Best Wishes,
EstherStar
