March Sleevers - How are you doing?

I am HATING stalls.  I eat pretty much whatever, but NEVER bread, rice or sweets.  I have lost 36 pounds.   How about you?  What are you eating?  How much weight have you lost?  Are you dong any working out?  I just started physical therapy at the hospital because I was pretty much not mobile before surgery because of my back disability.

Hi foodlover, I am doing great. Just had my 9 week-should have been 8 week, but whatever...I have lost 46 lbs..got cleared to join the gym to do weight training-will start on Monday...first blood work was great except I have too much iron and b12, so dr said not to take iron anymore and take b12 only once a week....I walk everyday or at leat 6 days...I am down from a 26/28 to a 22 sometimes 20 depending on the brand....UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE...I LOVE MY SLEEVIE WONDER!!!! LIFE IS GOOD!

I was sleeved 3/1/11. At this point I am down 48 pounds since surgery and 64 since mid-December. I also eat everything except bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, tomatoes and sweets.

hi  ... I had vsg on 3/15/11 I am down 49 since 54 alltogether. I stay away from bread, rice, any high fat high sugar high carb foods. On a big exercise day or gardening day I might allow a 2 oz potato (white or sweet) or a 1/4 c oatmeal for breakfast, but only when I'm burning lots of calories.

OKay I stall lose a few then stall lose a few.I eat what I want .I eat rice and potaoes in moderation.This past month I haven't been walking can tell wl has slowed down.I have 5 more days until my 3month by the calander hoping to lose a few more.

VSG on 04/29/13
I had surgery on 3/24/2011.  I am down 55 lbs.  I eat chicken, eggs, seafood, tunafish, cheese, no breads or pasta etc.  I drink my protein shake for breakfast.  I am working out 5 days a week with cardio and weight lifting.  I hate stalls also been this weight for almost 2 weeks.  I get about 100 oz of crystal light, mio enhaced water, in a day and about 80-100 grams of protein.  I feel good have lots of energy and can keep up with my son who is 8.  I love my sleeve.
