Lets fight about weight versus volume versus eyeballing, shall we? :}
Honestly, my biggest pet peave on this board is when someone tells other people to eat how they eat or how they think everyone should eat. I get really fired up over that.
I have never, not even once seen you do that. I've never seen you tell anyone they should weigh their food, either. Who gives a fark if people weigh or not?? I'm thinking some people don't have much of a life.

I'm not sure why I do it this way exactly... but I weigh my protein, and measure most of my fruit/veggies, and popcorn (on the rare occasion that I eat it). I weigh things like quinoa salad and M&M's (on the rare occasion that I eat them). I only eyeball things when I eat out.
If someone is dilligent about weighing versus measuring, and they do it accurately, and they stay within their calorie/carb/protein/whatever guidelines, and they don't eat past the point of being satisfied, I don't see the big deal as to which method they do. I feel like many of the unsuccessful people are the ones who push the limit of their sleeve and/or don't log their foods and stay within their plan guidelines.

There are plenty of things worth having an argument over, I do not think this is one of them *but I could be wrong!* but it is nice for folks to see the spectrum of how different folks do what and then decide what is good for them!!
