HUGE NSV! 5 Month Surgeon Check Up-AWESOME!!!
Today I had my 5 month check up with my surgeon...I have lost 12# of fat since last month! AND gained 1# of muscle. I have lost 58% of my excess body fat to date. He said I am 2 months ahead of schedule. He asked me if I wanted to take over HIS practice...(with a huge grin) He said whatever I'm doing to keep it up.
I'm walking 3-4 miles a day (with BIG hills), some days add in Zumba (60 min with instructor) and also going kayaking for 3+ miles with my hubby. Been really tired a lot but knowing it's paying off is all the encouragement I need to keep up the pace. We've had rain the past week so when it was sunny today we were out on the lake as soon as we got back from the doctor.
This sleeve was the BEST thing I have even done for myself! Have 40# to go to hit my goal of 150. Wearing a size 14 jeans and a misses size L tops...size 7 panties...even my feet have shrunk!

I eat almost nothing but protein right now. VERY lean meats, lots of fish...I LOVE Ahi Tuna...and greek yogurt. I buy it by the case! I had some of my hubbies B-Day cake on Saturday and I felt like dog-doo! Never thought I would NOT want cake but I don't. Praise God!!!
