THAT looks awesome Sassy! I'm not a tomatoe fan...but I would eat the mozzarella for sure! dumb question....do you eat the green leaf things or are they there to look pretty??

LOL katester!! The green is the basil- one of the earths most yummy giftS! I eat it uncooked, with the tomatoes and cheese. its a great flavor combo. its also delicious sauteed with garlic, olive oil. and fresh tomatoes as a sauce or topping.

basil...i'll check that out. What else could I make with the basil seeing as I'm not a tomatoe fan. what about just the basil and mozzy? I looove mozzy cheese. I could eat the pearls like there is no tomorrow.
