I just use the Rachel Rays Balsamic Drizzle with it. It's thick like syrup.
Its does the trick, but I am sure your Balsamic is Better!!!!
When I make this dish, I use a little red onion. I so love garlic and onions.

I also get the mozz pearls and shove them in single grape tomatos that I scooped out and bloped basil goop and then drizzle the balsamic glaze on top! MMMMMM.
