OH wow, 150 lbs that is amazing!! Good for you!!

I am only 3 months out but I too struggle with head and physical hunger...it never went away for me like I was counting on. So to hear from someone that deals with the same issue yet was able to still accomplish such a feat regardless is truly inspiring as well as reassuring that I too can win this battle.

Thanks for sharing and a BIG (((((congrats)))) to you!

Thank you!  We always wish we could lose quicker, and there always seems to be someone losing quicker than us, doesn't there?  It sure is easier said than done not to compare, but I'm excited to have come this far, even if I do compare from time to time. :)

Congratulations, 150 pounds in only 9 months is freaking amazing. *bows down*

I'm always hungry too,  i wasn't at first... but now that I'm 4 months out, I always want to snack on something. So I'm gonna start following the drinking rule you set for yourself. I'm gonna drink at least 1 bottle of water between meals.

Thanks for sharing this with all of us, you rock!

Thank you!  Drinking the water really does help, and at the very least you stay nice and hydrated.  Please also take a look at my recipes on my profile.. if you are going to snack or eat frequently you want some good strategies to make eating the least damaging it possibly can be.
