 So far I've only had success with the sweet stuff like shakes (obviously easy), crepes, mini doughnuts, pb muffins and the sausage/bacon pancake bites.

I think she is so creative and artistic with her cooking.. I admire her because that's just not my strength. However so many of her foods have some type of frankenfood substitute in them.. I'm not using multi-grain pancake mix.. it's still quite a bit of carbs and made from corn.

I wish there was a site that focused on using real foods instead of all the processed stuff.. low carb/calorie with real food would be great. Like a million recipes for boneless skinless chicken breast. I'm glad I don't mind eating the same thing day in and day out. If I had to be creative I'd be stuck!
