sex was always awesome but now at my peak weight,  I could care less, Unsure if its the new blood pressure meds or not contributing at all.  I am just 42 and have no desire, haha maybe is the company I keep LOL.  On a serious note i never been skinny and sure cant wait to get this GUT of mine out the way and find me a nice stud and try it out and see if it differs   LOL oops sorry cant help myself ... im just a perve in a fat womans body

I too, feel very fortunate to have a husband who loves sex with me, whatever size.  Even though I am a little insecure about my body (more so since losing the weight) I have noticed that we get much closer physically during the act.  Better traction so to speak?  He's in great shape which helps.  The most unplesant part about sex now is that I don't like him touching my breasts.  That sucks(lol) because I have always enjoyed it and  I thought I had really nice boobs for a fat girl. Even if he had to chase them out from under my armpits, they were still full, luscious and responsive. They are now, FLAT AS PANCAKES!!!!   I want my boobies back!!!!!

Many of the foods that lead to obesity also lower libido; conversely the same foods that are good for libido are also good for weight loss!

I think it probably has a lot to do with negative body issues. I always have felt like a goddess in the bedroom even if my boobs hang low or I have fat rolls and I've never had any complains. I've had great sex for the last 10 years. THOUGH I will say I do enjoy having hubby being quiet a bit bigger than me and more powerful and also I can move in all sorts of ways now.

I always had a 'high' drive but now I'm over 50 I think it's more like 'normal" at least from the way I hear other ladies (younger than me!) talking.    But when I got over 250 pounds, actually DOING it was a different story. Not because I felt ugly or unattractive (that's what light switches are for) but because my GIANT belly and behind made it just so tough to get into any klind of satisfactory position--and then the inability to stay in that posture long enough to complete the deed made it almost not worth it, and we have gone over a month without having sex at times. Now HE has put on some belly too and had health issues too and made it even more difficult. I'm very much looking forward to losing about 25 more pounds so I can be more comfortable which means everything works better! Actually, having been with the same guy for near 20 years, the 'fat break' of the last year or two might make it more fun since we have been sorta inactive.
