GOT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE WHEN I WOKE UP TWO DAYS AGO...HOPPED ON THE SCALE AND BANG! 202!!! I AM NOW DOWN 101 LBS! ONLY 3 POUNDS AWAY FROM ONDERLAND...I FEEL AWESOME! THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MARRYING MY HUBBY... IF YOU'RE RIDING THE FENCE-DO IT! ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS! I HAVE GONE FROM A SIZE 26 TO A SIZE 16 IN 4 MONTHS! MY SURGEON SAID WEDNESDAY AT MY 4 MONTH CHECK UP I'VE NOW LOST 45% OF MY EXCESS BODY FAT-HE WAS THRILLED! HERE'S A COUPLE OF PICS...

I can't begin to tell everyone how much my life has changed for the better. I am doing so many things I thought I would never try. My hubby & I just bought kayaks and are planning some trips this summer. I love being able to do things I never allowed myself to dream about before.
