Leftover broth.... Lol
I have not done much cooking since surgery but making a good hearty soup with ground turkey, oinons, carrots,spinach and the broth is great to have on hand frozen in small containers. I would also use them for flavoring when you want to make a sauce for your chicken or turkey. Braising chicken breasts in broth is really good loaded with lots of herbs. You might also throw in a couple tablespoons of cream cheese once its done to make a creamy sauce.
