As long as those tumors are benign; you can and will recover and be able to do anything !!!!! A few years back, I had some questionable tumors -- (I was 51) They cut me from my pubic bone up past my belly button !!! Took everything outta there - and I was lucky -- one set of radiation and I was done. Can be scary stuff.

I know it's hard on you, especially the next couple weeks. Those cut muscles take time to heal. I'm sending good vibes for you !

I know the feeling!  I just had a full hysterectomy about a week ago (4/21) and am recovering as well.  My doc did it robotically and my 1.5 hour surgery ended up taking 4 hours.  But..they got that darned softball sized cyst out as well as the rest of my girl parts.  Look on the bright side, your tummy tuck scar will just overlay this one - so no harm done...except the current pain and recovery...I'm with you on the hospital care thing and that VSG was waaaayyyyyy easier.  Take care and heal up Ms. Sassy.  Enjoy the drug induced euphoria!!!!
