L:  Fruit Samples via Farmer's Market; TJ Chipotle Chicken Skewer

D:  Some lettuce wrapped burger from Carl's Jr.

Water:  Goal another 135oz = 4 Liters (over 100oz)
Steps:  Over 12,000 (done it 2 days in a row current 7,500)
Exercise:  Probably None
Attitude:  Hmmm lemme think on that, lol

S:  handful of almonds
L:  BBQ chicken breast (fresh and Easy) over salad with beans
D:  ??
S:  String Cheese and 1/2 orange

Exercise: walk and perhaps water aerobics today since it's nice and warm out

I set goals lol and I have a 1 Liter bottle that sits in front of me taunting me ALL day, lol.   To get the 4 I have to be vigilant, lol.  Start drinking when I first wake up...GOAL...finish 1 Liter before my commute to work, wake up 4:30, leave home 6ish.  Goal by 10 am finish almost the 2nd Liter.  Goal by 3pm (I'm behind today) finish 3rd Liter.  Goal by bedtime finish final liter.

My normal is 3 liters, but I've been snacking on Sunflower seeds and I don't want any water retention.

B       1/2 egg mixed with probiotic cottage cheese(2oz)

S       decaf tea w/ splenda and TBS 1% milk
          32 oz water

L       3 oz xtra lean ground beef w/ fat free gravey and 1/2 c green beans
