Water - Yes!!
Exercise - Should, but I forgot to bring my gym bag with me and once I go home, I don't want to drive back to the gym...how bad is that??  Plus the Spurs game is on!!  GO SPURS GO!!!

Attitude - Great! I have on a new top that I bought at The Gap - haven't been able to shop there in years and the jeans I'm wearing are falling off me and I am adding them to my give away pile....so I am happy!!!

It's been a weird food week for me. I'm so stressed that I don't really have an appetite. Odd. I'm forcing myself to eat today after yesterday's food included only a protein shake and 1-2oz of cheese. Oops.

B: protein shake
S: none
L: cheese and pepperoni slices
S: planning on another protein shake
D: ? We'll see.

Water and vites: At least I'm keeping up with this.
Exercise: Ha. No.
Attitude: It really needs to be Friday already.

HW: 280; SW: 255; GW1: 150; CW: 155.

L:  4 naked chicken nuggets, 2 oz pinto beans

D:  ? Maybe shrimp

Water:  Doing good with drinking since I can now take more than a sip! 
Exercise:  Going after work to do 30 at gym
Attitude:  Pretty good, feeling better and better every day!
