Attitude - Great! I have on a new top that I bought at The Gap - haven't been able to shop there in years and the jeans I'm wearing are falling off me and I am adding them to my give away pile....so I am happy!!!

It's been a weird food week for me. I'm so stressed that I don't really have an appetite. Odd. I'm forcing myself to eat today after yesterday's food included only a protein shake and 1-2oz of cheese. Oops.
