Warm Up With Cardio, Then Go To Weights. Right? Wrong.

I too read this and I'm going to give it a shot~ I have two personal trainers as friends, and they both agree that I should see better results with this option, what the hell, I'll give it a try!! thanks for sharing!!

Makes sense......

Only bummer is that I did it wrong through all my athletic years......

Good news is that I'm just about to introduce mild weight training back into my program..... light weight...high reps. I have all my own gear.....no more gym's for me..... 

Gonna due weights first... than cardio.

15 minutes weights, 45 minutes cardio.

I saw this article today too!  It is interesting.......i break up my workout during the day.....not sure how i can do this?
