Hiatal hernia has ruined my excitement about my new sleeve!!!

 Once you heal up, you'll be glad that hernia was repaired. Did they give you nothing to take for the nausea? If you are having trouble with swallowing medication, see if your surgeon will prescribe one of those patches for you or something? 

Hi Mishie...Congratulations on having your surgery!       Am sorry that hiatal hernia is causing you so much grief!      I had a hiatal hernia, too...was bigger than expected, but luckily it didn't give me any additional problems...the doctor fixed it with a stitch (said if I have trouble with it later, might need full-fledged repair by a specialist), and that seems to be working fine.
