Exercise: got off my butt and went shopping, later I will do my hand weights, some crunches, and lunges.

as long as you are reaching your goals and feel healthy then i'd say more power to you! you do a really good job getting fruit and veggies in. i don't do as well, so i use double doses of Juice Plus to fill in the gaps.
i think i am the only person who tends to eat the same thing for multiple meals in a row, sometimes the same thing for a few days, till it gets used up. we all have different food habits.
