Exercise:  3,000 steps

Attitude:  Still feeling BLEH from my cold but fighting through it (oh yeah and let's NOT forget to MENTION I'm going to see PRINCE next weekend!!)

D: Got a pork roast in the slow cooker, making Kaluha pork, with white rice and pasta salad on the side.


Vitamins: Just took them thanks to this thread
Water: working on it barely at 16 oz (I hate water)
Exercise: got off my butt and went shopping, later I will do my hand weights, some crunches, and lunges.

Hey Ms. Shell,  I've been meaning to write to you. I have never posted on here and  I feel like I eat way more than everyone. So here it goes...

LND: 3oz chicken and stir fried veggies w/ 3 Tbsp wild rice 
 S: greek yogurt

Early Morning :Tea
  B: vanilla whey protein powder w/ 3/4 cup coconut milk, 1/2 frozen mango, 2 cups spinach
       blended.
 S: dried beets
 L:   2 oz chicken, 1oz of gorganzola, arugala, 2 dried figs, dressing
 S:  Nothing
 D: ?

Weights for an hour then did cardio for 30 min.
Vitamns yes
Water 80oz so far

that does sound like a little more than i eat most days, but not every day.some days i can really put food away! it varies, and also depends on the density and on how many carbs i am eating.
as long as you are reaching your goals and feel healthy then i'd say more power to you!  you do a really good job getting fruit and veggies in. i don't do as well, so i use double doses of Juice Plus to fill in the gaps.

i think i am the only person who tends to eat the same thing for multiple meals in a row, sometimes the same thing for a few days, till it gets used up. we all have different food habits.
