D:  Will be Brok's fourless, no carb pizza (1st time making it, can't wait)

I woke up hungryyyyyyyyyyyyy this morning! Then later on figured out I had forgotten to take my Pariot for a few days.

LND: Pasta-less Manicotti

VSG on 03/08/11 with
 5 weeks out!

B  egg white omlet  w 1 slice am. cheese and 1 slice tomato (could only eat 1/2) my dog ate the rest!
L  3/4 container of single serve cottage cheese
S  Protein bar w 20gm prot and 3 net carbs
tried to jog a mile with my 5K group (walked most of it)
D  currently eating ~1/3 cup of tuna and egg salad mixture

water need to hydrate more today
exercise as above
vitamins good
Cannot get the smile off of my face today!
            
Nothing worth having comes easy.  Success comes with hard work and determination and sacrifice!

L. Tuna with pickles and mayo. 2 chicken nuggets (chickfila)
S. 3 tablespoon slivered blanched almonds with 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
D. Snow Crabs and couple of bites of greenbeans.


Water. Pretty good
Exercise. working on it
Vitamins. wORKING ON THEM


TODAY WAS A PRETTY DARN GOOD DAY. GREAT SUPPORT GROUP MEETING TONIGHT!
