Here we go!!  It's been a LONG morning and it's JUST barely 10...

LND:  Cream of Mushroom Soup (Lindora)
LNS:  3 Onion Rings

S:  String Cheese
L:  4oz Pork Sisig
S:  Apple & String Cheese
D:  ??
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 100oz (64oz thus far)
Exercise:  Goal 10,000 steps (7,500 thus far)
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Attitude:  On top of the world!!

I am still on full liquids as 10 days post op but today I have had a cup of tea, and made a protein shake with milk and half a banana, it was yummy anmd good in my tummy and 35 grams pf protein. :)
Week 1 10 pounds,week 2 4.4,week 3 2.2 week 4 1.6,week 5 6 week 6 .2 week 7 .6 week 8 4 week 9 .2 up!! week 10 3.4 week 11 .6 week 12 1.8 week 13 2 week 14 1 week 15 1.8 week 16 1.4 week 17 0 week 18 3.4 week 19 .4 pound lost!
Month 1 = 18.2
Month 2= 10.8
Month 3 = 5.6

Hello Shell,

B: 1 Egg omelete with cheese
S: none
L: 1/2 Pure protein bar
S: 4 oz cottage cheese, with 6 grapes (seedless)
D: Ruby Tuesday's petite grill salmon (2-3oz) with 1 Tablespoon of broccoli
S: 8oz unjury chicken soup.

Exercise: Run 30 mins and Eliptical 30 mins
Water: 80oz so far 40 ozs more to go
Vitamins: On track.
Attitude: It's almost Friday... yeppie!!

Be careful with grapes....I was told the skin of the grape is not too friendly to the stomach! I wish I could eat them...raisins too!!

That's amazing. I've never heard that and I eat grapes often and nothing has happen to me... At least not yet! But thanks for the tip!

B: 1 cherry toasters strudel (bad I know but it's what my kids had)
S: none
L: 1 1/2 cups sauteed spinach and mushrooms with slivered almonds
S: probably a few blueberries (8 or so)
D: planned dinner is a chicken with stuffing in the crockpot. Should be having about 2 to 3 oz chicken and 3 or 4 tablespoons of stuffing (no more, possibly less)


I've done real bad on water and vitamins lately and I need to get back on track. I need this site to keep me in check unfortunately we moved to an area with no Internet access but should be moving to the city in the next 2 months.

Exercise: mmmmm
Atttitude: pretty dang good!!

Hello everyone..My first time posting since I only recently started mushy foods. Thanks by the way for the ideas...I lurked while I was on full liquids, lol.

B: 1 egg, 1 slice of turkey, 1 tbsp of pico de gallo
S: Protein Shake
L: Cream of Chix Soup w/Unjury Chix Soup flavored powder
S: 1/4c cottage cheese, 3 pieces of pineapple
D: Chicken Salad, 1 tbsp of pico de gallo, 1 tbsp of spinach
S: Maybe 1/2 of a string cheese?

Water: 40 oz so far
Vits: Yes
Exercise: I was cleared yesterday..off to the gym after work.
Attitude: Excited to get in the gym!
