Whatcha eating today VSGers? Monday...
Here's mine:
LND: chicken curry (VERY little rice) with some raisens, apples, peanuts, HB egg on top..
B: protein vial and coffee (blech, I hate it when there's little chunks in it..)
L: (sitting at my desk) beef jerky and string cheese...5 peanut M&Ms
S: Hmmm. NOT chocolate chip cookies. Nope. Almonds, maybe. or some apple with a little peanut butter.
D: beef/bok choy/yam stew, vow not to eat the lovely sourdough bread I'll buy for the rest of the family to go with it
Fluids: I'm on track
Vitamins: All but my calcium so far.
Exercise: Today is my off day. . .but I'll stretch when I get home. Too stiff and old!
Attitude: Seeing some movement on the scale so feeling pretty good. . .

Water and vites, gtg, and did 2 miles on the cross trainer and a lil with my new personal trainer.. Woot!

B: Greek Yogurt with a little bit of Kashi cereal added for crunch.
S: Water and then some more water
L: Luncheon at work = BBQ brisket (very small amount) & baked beans....one bite of pot salad.
S: pears
D: 3 shrimps and a small salad
Water = Yes!
Vitamins = forgot to bring to work - will take tonight
Gym = not tonight, bought $120 worth of flowers for the front yard - only got 1/2 planted.
Attitude: Ugh.....ask me at 5pm!!
B - protein shake
S - few Almonds, babybel cheese
L - inside of the fish portion of the lean cuisine (scraped out the crust of fish & threw out the side pasta it came with) with some tartar sauce and 1 slice cheese
S - hot tea w/milk
D - 3 tbsp of chicken curry with 1 tbsp tzatziki yogurt & 1 laughing cow cheese mixed in
Water: hot teas & hot cumin water throughout the day
Vits: All in
Exercise: 10 laps of swimming in swimlanes at gym, woohoo!
B: Coffee Protein shake (Silk soy milk, Vanilla protein powder & instant coffee)
S: String cheese w/Kiwi & Strawberries
L: Topping of 2 slices of pizza (Chicken, bacon, mozzarella & artichoke-YUM!!)
S: Butterfinger (not the snack size nor the kingsize either)
S: String Cheese w/Kiwi & Strawberries
D: Mocha Frappe Protein shake (1% milk, cocoa powder & vanilla protein powder blended w/ice)
S: String Cheese & Almonds
Water: 64+oz
Vits: Done
Exercise: Rest night (running stairs & walking 2-3 miles wore me out!!)
