GM i am out of my stall i lost 6 lbx in almost out of the 290s. thank u lord for the gym and eating great i am rocking my sleeve......I have not been this weight in forever...293 wow from 360....only two months out.....

Thank you I am so happy I need to change my picture. I am working hard its nice to see the numbers move. At first i thought this would not change my life but with u guys support I am doing it. To all newbies this does work when you do the work too. We can do it all of us if we find it in our selves to do the work eat right, exercise....

Wow that is great! Congrats to you. You are obviously working hard! I love seeing posts like this b/c it makes me think I can do it. I am on an emotional rollercoaster right now. One minute so excited the next scared I am going to fail like I did with the lap band.
