MsShell:  Love cilantro.  My fave.  Sorry about the hurt feelings.  I always have a hard time shaking that hurtness.  My thinking tends to snowball.  Wish I knew how to deal.

Still feeling a little sick.  Have had trouble keeping food down because of the congestion.  Couldn't keep down last night's dinner.

Breakfast:
adorable little teddy grahams (to see if I'd tolerate it)

Lunch:
apple chicken sausage (we'll see how much)
tomato and fresh mozzarella salad

Dinner:
depends on timing, but I think I will split fajita meat with my sister

Good day Ladies and George!

Nice to see you're taking control of your emotions Ms.Shell and not giving into them at this time and moment. I like to turn my hurt into pissy! Then I seem to get a lot more down when it happens..LOL!

LND = Last night dinner

I make them! I found the recipe on this blog that I love. Here's the recipe (I didn't calculate the nutrition, so you may want to do it). I've made a few other things from that blog (the lower carb stuff, of course!) and everything has been really yummy!

Asian Turkey Meatballs With Lime Sesame Dipping Sauce
Servings: 4 • Size: 3 meatballs •
Calories: 229.1 • Fat: 11.1 g • Carbs: 8.5 g • Protein: 24.3 g

   * 1/4 cup panko crumbs
   * 1-1/4 lbs 93% lean ground turkey
   * 1 egg
   * 1 tbsp ginger, minced
   * 1 clove garlic, minced
   * 1/2 tsp salt
   * 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
   * 3 scallions, chopped
   * 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
   * 2 tsp sesame oil

Dipping Sauce

   * 4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
   * 2 tsp sesame oil
   * 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
   * 2 tbsp water
   * 1 chopped fresh scallion

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Mix ground turkey, panko, egg, salt, scallions, cilantro, 1 tbsp soy
sauce, and 2 tsp oil and mix with your hands until combined well.
Shape 1/4 cup meat mixture into a ball and transfer to a baking dish.
Repeat with remaining mixture. Bake until cooked through, about 15
minutes.
For the dipping sauce mix together lime juice, water, soy sauce, and
remaining 2 teaspoons of oil in a bowl. Add scallions.

Transfer meatballs to a serving dish. Stir sauce, then drizzle
meatballs with 1 tablespoon sauce.

Serve meatballs with remaining sauce, about 1 tbsp per person. Chances
are you won't use all the dipping sauce.

Makes 12 meatballs.
