Attitude: Turning to pissed...which is NEVER a good emotion for me

B: Protein Plate from Starbucks (HB Egg, 2 apple slices, grapes, 2 cheese triangles, peice of raisen bread)

Attitude: Ready to go to support group full of RNY people, so I can show them the sleeve does work...lol
B: Bannana protein shake mixed with diet V8 splash - total yum!

B: 1/4C egg whites, 1 morningstar breakfast sausage, 1tbsp salsa
L: 2oz Chicken Sausage. 1/4c Veggies which I only at 1 or 2 bites of.
S: 1/2C Cottage Cheese, 1.5 oz deli sliced buffalo chicken breast
D: 2 oz of chicken breast w/ salsa seasoning and 1/4 C veggies.
S: protein shake.. possibly.. not sure yet
Vits: Yep!
Water: 40oz so far
Exercise: Going after work today
Attitude: Pretty good..dealing with some fluctuation on the scale.. I just need 1 more pound to hit 90lbs lost... but I've made a promise to myself.. after this.. I'm not going to ***** about it. I KNOW this is how my body works. Just need to get use to it!! If I ***** just tell me to STFU!

Sorry to hear the honey hurt your feelings, and I hope you are able to let him know he did in a way that doesn't make him defensive about it.
LND: 1/2 chicken burrito with pico de gallo, guac and sour cream.
Today:
B: coffee and a protein vial (this is going to be standard for me as long as I can stand it!)
MS: 5 peanut M & Ms with a big cuppa tea
L: other half of burrito from last night
S: string cheese
D: beef tacos planned . . .
Exercise: going to the gym before the kids get out of school and the chauffering duties start
Water: doing fine. 4 cups so far and I always do 4 more at/after the gym.
Vitamins: Everything but the calcium
Going to be driving tomorrow with a car full of kids, road food Friday and Saturday. I'm taking protein vials for at least some of the meals.
