Measurements, Hooray!
I was a bad girl and didnt take measurements before my surgery, nor true "before" pictures. I am envious of those who have great photo montages to compare before and after, it really helps keep positive I am sure especially during a stall. I just started taking the bathing suit progress pictures so I guess I can use them in comparison in a month or 2.
What I did do was go for my session at the gym with the nurse who takes measurements- I went in February and again today and since then :
*I am -24lbs
*My BMI is -3.8 points (from 34.5-30.7)
*4 inches off my waist!
*3.25 inches off my hips
*0.5 inches off my bust
*BP is 106/62
