L: Lasagne (Nasty frozen-cooked in the microwave) Courtesy of my 86 yr old father-YUCK!!
S: Atkins Chocolate Chip Protein bar
D: Mocha Frappe Protein shake (almondmilk, instant coffee & cocoa powder)
S: String cheese & almonds
Water: 64+oz
Vits: lacking
Exercise: none
Attitude: Good

This is my first time posting on here, but I really need to see what others are eating to give myself ideas. Also, I think it will help me stay on track as others have said and it will give me an idea if I am eating the right things. I really do struggle with the water, but I am working on it hard.
B: 5 slices bacon
S: 1 cup coffee w/fat free creamer
L: 1/4 baked potato with 2 oz. Wendy's chili on top.

D: I baked cheddar jack into chips. I took 5 of them and covered with some taco meat, refried beans, cheese, sour cream, salsa and green onions. I ate about 1/2 of it. Obviously still struggling with my eyes being bigger than my stomach, but I stopped before I felt ill.
Water: 32 oz but working on more
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: Did beginning workout
Attitude: Good since I had such a great weekend with my son and his friends to celebrate his 15th birthday
B: lite soy milk latte and two eggs and two laughing cow cheeses mixed together
S: nonfat milk latte
L: beef shabu shabu in restaurant
S: two TJ's seaweed packs
D: salad with greens and seared tuna and mango, 1/2 piece of bread dipped in roasted garlic and olive oil, 10 chocolate mints ( little balls)
S: 1/2 cup homemade turkey chili
You see why I need to start being more accountable.
B: 1/2c of soymilk with Peanut Flour and Vanilla Max Protein Shake
S: Water, trying so hard
L: 1/4c Broccoli Cheddar Soup
S: Still trying to drink water
D: I love buffalo chicken but I can't eat it so I made some cream of chicken soup with hot sauce and blue cheese, nom!
S: 3oz peach yogurt and sf fudgesicle
Water: I'm having a hard time getting my liquids in today, must change this!
Exercise: Short walk with the dogs.
Vitamins: On top of those!
Attitude: Letting negative nancies get me down when I shouldn't.
