Whatcha eating today VSGers? Sunday...
I hear ya Ms. Shell on the post helps keep ya accountable for what you eat!!! I try to post on here each day... that way it keeps me from eating off track.. I really dislike getting swift kicks in the ass.. even if it's virtually!!!
B: nothing.. slept in today
L: 3 oz Ground turkey with mushrooms/onions and a 1/2 slice of swiss cheese
S: 1/2 C Cottage Cheese
D: Probably some homemade stirfry. Chicken, broccolli, cabbage, mushrooms, onion, little bit of jalapeno
S: not sure yet
V: taking them now
Water: Slacking big time today
Exercise: Just powered cleaned my apartment now going to grocery store and going to walk around the mall and probably spend money I don't have!!!
Attitude: AWESOME!!! I just stepped on my scale.. mid day at that... and it read lower than what my weight shows on here.. not changing it just yet... going to wait until the morning!!! YAY ME!!

B: 2 oz. steak - 1 tiny slice of leftover thin crust Pepperoni pizza (mother is a sabotoger!)
L: Homemade garlic shrimp (I love allrecipes.com)
D: Perdue perfect portion chicken breast - 4 olives
*trying to cut out snacks because I seem to be hungrier when I eat them.
Water: 32 oz. so far.
Vitamins: on schedule
Exercise: just cleaned my bathroom and will be dancing in a few minutes.
Attitude: relaxed and like Shell feeling good about getting back on track. Excited that I will be in Jamaica in 13 days!
