How to add surgery date to profile??

Can anyone tell me where to go to edit the part of my profile and add a surgery date??  So far, mine just says "surgery scheduled".

All the way at the top of the page, click "my account" (near the search box).

Below your profile picture, there's a bunch of options... click "My Journey"

It's in there :-)
