I bought Hot Cocoa Chewable Calcium Citrate Vitamins (with D) from Celebrate....They are really good...2 in the morning and 2 in the evening...My chocolate fix for the day!

I didnt even open my sample packet...the hot cocoa were in there? I tried to take the mini swallow ones...forget it..Ill save them for months down the road...

The only vitamins I swallow are B complex(for hair) and Prilosec. B12 is sublingual...Centrum is chewable and this Calcium Citrate is chewable...

Now if I could only get off my BP and cholestoral meds!

Different Strokes for Different Folks...... I tried the Hot Cocoa sample and almost spit it out in the sink. Im glad you found something you like.

I really enjoyed them as well...the celebrate vitamens are one of the better brands to me, I mean the B-12 actually dissolves in your mouth quickly. It doesn't just sit there like a hard candy

I didn't realize having to use B12 for VSG was so prevalent.
I bought the liquid blueberry calcium citrate on Amazon, hope it is good, waiting on delivery. I like the Mandarin orange mulitivitamin from Celebrate

I bought Chocolate and Vanilla from Bariactric Advantage and they both sucked. I brought them to my BSG group and gave them away.

The people who had surgery hated them. The people waiting for surgery loved them.
I found that interesting.

If your able to tolerate chocolate chewables...then more power to you. that is awesome!
I just couldnt do it.
