That is soooo amazing! You look great! Congratulations on remarkable weight loss in just 10 months.
I'm 31/2 months out and have lost 43 lbs. Even though I had surgery I'm real careful what I put in my mouth. The only carbs I eat are fruit and vegetables.

 Thanks for the support. Yeah popcorn was doing me in!! I looked forward to it SOOO much. Unhealthily so. I simply cut it out cold turkey. Hopefully that will help.

 Thanks! That's what I keep thinking. That's a lot for 10 months right??? Yet one of my docs kinda frowned at me the other day b/c i had stalled for a month. Really hurt my feelings. I appreaciate all the support on here.
